Electroplating

    We plate over Solid Brass, Bronze, Steel, Zinc, Copper, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum. These services are provided with our twelve plating lines, ten automatic lines (three hoist type and seven return type), and two manual lines.
Included in these is our newest state-of-the-art Ni-Cr plating line, which recently commenced operations.

A few characteristics of our lines include:


- Automated Computerized Hoist

- Computerized amperage control on the rectifiers, assuring plating consistency. Monitoring abilities for all parameters on each bar run at each plating tank, reporting discrepancies by comparing the standardized values.

- The new Ni-Cr plating line is capable of handling the most challenging Ni-Cr requirements for larger components in its 40 oversized tanks, and has a tank work area of 8'L X 2'W X 5'D, it includes 11 stations of nickels with 4-plex capabilities (Semi-High, Sulfur-Brite, and Particle Nickels)

- Combining all these lines we electro-deposit: Copper (acid, alkaline) Nickel (Matte, Bright, Black, Duplex, Particle), Bronze, Brass, Chrome, and Oxidize with different chemicals on various substrates, for special finishes.
