 ELECTROPLATING

 IPS is a premier plating facility that specializes in decorative (rack) plating. With manual and automated plating lines we are able to be versatile and service medium to high volume customer requirements.

 Plating services are available on the following substrates:

 POLISHING

 IPS offers an array of polishing, sanding, grinding and burnishing services on forgings, stampings, castings, sheet metal and others. With our polishing equipment and capabilities we are able to provide the best possible component preparation process for high quality finishing.

 COATING

 We have specialized in clear powder coating to offer our clients a greater resistance against corrosion for polished or plated parts. This is one of the most difficult processes to work with and we have been doing this for over 20 years. We offer a wet lacquer process that can be applied depending on customer requirements. We also offer pigmented powder and painting depending on the project.
